So I met with the trainer for my consultation today and it was actually over pretty fast. She was super nice and crazy fit. Also really short, I tower over her. She took my measurements, weight, and then put me on the stairmaster and that was it. We talked about my goals and limitations. She knows my knees are bad and that I run. She knows I have terrible upper body strength and that I don’t have a weight goal, just that I want to get toned and fit. We officially start training Monday. 30 minutes 3 days per week and I’m actually looking forward to it. It is a bit pricey but not half as bad as expected and it’s worth it if it helps!
